fig + brie bites

You don't need a recipe for this yummy appetizer. Just put a slice of brie on a cracker and top with a a spoonful of fig preserves. Or make things even easier on yourself and just pour a whole lotta fig preserves on top of the entire wedge of brie cheese. Brie and fig also make a lovely couple for a gourmet grilled cheese or panini.
